Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Supreme hoodie, but we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how our return and exchange process works at supremehoodieco.us.

1. Can I return my hoodie?

Yes! If your hoodie is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We can’t accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

2. How do I start a return or exchange?

Just email our friendly support team at support@supremehoodieco.us with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Whether you’d like a refund or a replacement

We’ll reply quickly with instructions on how to send your hoodie back.

3. Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, we’ve got you. Once we receive your original hoodie, we’ll ship your replacement ASAP (depending on stock availability).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned hoodie, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to appear.

5. Shipping for returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your hoodie doesn’t get lost along the way.

6. Damaged or defective items

If your hoodie arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately at support@supremehoodieco.us with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—promise!
